OMG - I discovered that a tablespoon of Zest Sunny Pickles laid down on an avocado - halved - a little pepper, a swash of lemon juice and a sprig of basil, topped with olive oil! Yummy!

Tom uses Zest Sunny Pickles as topper for his roasted chicken
I use Sunny Pickles under the skin of a chicken breast with a sprig of fresh rosemary - Then baked in the oven or roasted on the grill. Yummy! Back off on the salt as lemons do away with the need - and sunny pickles have a salty/sweet taste too. Your chicken should be moist and delicious!
