Tom uses Zest Sunny Pickles as topper for his roasted chicken I use Sunny Pickles under the skin of a chicken breast with a sprig of fresh rosemary - Then baked in the oven or roasted on the grill. Yummy! Back off on the salt as lemons do away with the need - and sunny pickles have a salty/sweet taste too. Your chicken should be moist and delicious! |
